Carla’s is a discreet, safe & private place for the transgendered and cross-dressing community. Carla’s offers peer support, lockers and mailboxes and has an active social club with lots of fun events.

Diablo Valley Girls is a non-profit, non-sexual social support group for M to F transgender individuals, their families and friends. They were formed in May 1991 by two local members of ETVC, since renamed TransGender San Francisco (TGSF). Although mainly serving the needs of those in the East Bay area of Northern California, they have members in seven states. DVG is an open group and welcomes all mature and responsible persons.

We are a group of families who gather together for support, education, and community to help raise our transgender, gender variant, gender non-conforming or gender questioning children (4-18 years old) in a supportive and loving manner. We recognize that every child and every family has their own journey and has different levels of acceptance and beliefs.

TransFamilies Sacramento is a peer run support group for transgender individuals and/or their family, friends, and allies. Everyone is welcome. TransFamilies has joined with PFLAG Sacramento to deal with gender concerns as well as sexual orientation support for the whole family. If your family includes a transgender member and you wish to know more about how to support your entire family, come and talk with other families who have already dealt with these issues or are at the same place as you.

Validating All Forms of Female Expression! TransFem is a social group, a support group, and a mentor group for female identified individuals including gender variant females. Whether butch or girly, all forms of female expression are welcome!

Meets on the 1st Tuesday of every month from 6:00pm-8:00pm.

Transgender San Francisco is a social and support group for the San Francisco Bay Area transgender community.

Has a social gathering on the last Thursday of every month, and other events which you can view on their Meetup Group.
