Come organize social events for LGBT youth such as game nights, dancing, strategic planning, or just to hang out… whatever you like! This is YOUR group. Feel free to bring snacks or drinks to share.

We are a group of families who gather together for support, education, and community to help raise our transgender, gender variant, gender non-conforming or gender questioning children (4-18 years old) in a supportive and loving manner. We recognize that every child and every family has their own journey and has different levels of acceptance and beliefs.
Meets on the 2nd Sunday of every month from 3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Gender Spectrum has a mission to help create gender sensitive and inclusive environments for all children and teens. They provide consultation, training and events designed to help families, educators, professionals, and organizations understand and address the concepts of gender identity and expression.
Their website offers resources on parenting, health, education, medical, mental health, legal, faith, and more. They sponsor a Parent/Caregiver Support Group that meets in Emeryville, and a national call-in support group for parents and caregivers not living in the Bay Area.
Gender Spectrum sponsors the annual Gender Spectrum Conference, an opportunity for youth and families to spend a weekend gaining the resources, information, and community needed to help young people effectively navigate their world.
